Expansion Continues for Balabala

As the major retail expo in China, C-star - Shanghai's International Trade Fair for Solutions and Trends all about Retail is set to write another successful chapter in retail history from August 31-September 2, 2021, featuring the newest developments in the global retail industry, exploring leading retail design concepts and source from the newest shop designs.

 

The number one children’s wear brand in Asia, Balabala, announces accelerated store opening program for the remainder of 2021.

 

The company is putting the final touches on plans to launch 400 new stores across the remainder of 2021 along with more than 300 pop-up concepts making an appearance in key locations throughout the year.

 

Major progress on this store mark for the year has already been made, with 146 new concepts stores and 50 pop-up units launching since January. To assist with the expansion, Balabala are quickly rolling out their new generation store concept with enhanced innovation that encompasses an upgrade in its service proposition and quality while continuing to lead the fashion trends that meet the needs of its consumers.

 

The growth opportunity for Balabala has been made possible by its ever-increasing brand and customer recognition in the market. A clear focus on creativity, product innovation and the inclusion of diversified functional products in its ranges has built a well-recognised and unique brand DNA which is carried across its multiple online and offline shopping experiences.

 

Since opening its first overseas store in 2017, Balabala now operates through 24 international stores as franchises in Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Mongolia and direct stores in the Hong Kong market.
