Georg Jensen Launches Exclusive Store on Tmall

The Danish-born brand will showcase its range of jewellery, including its stackable Fusion rings on Tmall, targeting the e-commerce platform’s 900 million active consumers.
Tmall is a part of the Alibaba Group, founded in 1999 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang and this launch marks Georg Jensen’s first foray into working with a third-party marketplace in China. The debut of the brand further expands Tmall’s offering to include another iconic Danish brand, welcoming more sophisticated and timeless Nordic style to Chinese consumers.
Shoppers will now have the opportunity to discover the brand’s collections such as stackable Fusion rings, which can be combined in a myriad of combinations as well as design collaborations with industry leaders.
Georg Jensen Chief Executive, Mehul Tank, said in a statement: “The launch will allow us to embrace China’s fast-moving online retail scene and engage more closely with our Chinese clients.
