Contrast with UV printing: 1. UV printing is not environmentally friendly. Whether it is an export quality or a lamp box requiring environmental protection, UV is totally environmentally friendly products; while the ink of heat transfer screen is environmentally friendly, with SGS certification and European CE certification of environmental protection ink. This is also in line with the national environmental protection policy, which is bound to become a trend.
2. The picture printed by UV can not be folded, because the principle of UV printing is stacking layer by layer, and ultimately make a three-dimensional image. Once folded, there will be creases, depending on the elasticity of cloth and soft film, which will break the creases on the lamp box picture. After a long time of transportation and folding, the picture will appear creases or even cracks; and heat transfer printing is through the heat sublimation of ink, which will make the paper on. The pigments disperse on the cloth, which is made of non-pleated materials, so there is no crease in the heat transfer picture.
3. Because UV printing can not be folded, transportation can only be rolled into barrels, the volume becomes larger and the transportation cost increases; while the heat transfer screen can be folded and sent by express.
4. The installation of heat transfer screen is simple, and it can be installed by shop assistants without professional installation personnel. It is convenient and fast.
