ALL-ONE CITY locates in Lincun, a developed community in Dongguan, Guangdong province. The project is encompassed with landmarks of the city such as Lincun Plaza, Lincun municipal bureau building, sports park under planning and commercial street on Hongye North Road. This landmark shopping mall provides a one-stop solution for F&B, leisure and entertainment. Tenants of F&B and entertainments are designed along indoor shopping mall to provide space for business, light meals and cafés. Also, community-based tenants such as hair salon, SPA, banks, entertainments are designed along the exterior shopping streets, in order to provide a space where customers can spend their whole day in the mall.
Based on the site condition, the project is designed with three basic orientations: medium and high-end marketing, attracting volume design with visual impact, and concept of experiential shopping. Façade are designed with concepts of diamond, implying the project to be the most shiny and distinctive landmark of the city. A lateral circulation is designed in order to split the land into two areas. Facing towards Hongye North Road, west area is designed to be shopping area due to the high commercial value. East part is designed to be residential area in order to provide fundamental customers for the project. The whole shopping mall is tied up with a S shaped pedestrian circulation.
